Facilities

Milling bay

This was the original building, built in 1974.  It now houses the mold for the Buzzards Bay 25 and is the site for milling our lumber.

Building 1

The 3rd building we built houses a machine shop, 2 painting bays, our varnishing loft, and Schaefer's carpentry and restoration shop.

 We currently maintain 45 of this venerable class.

Maryellen and the other Office Staff
This is the office building.  In addition to having a painting bay, it houses the offices for 4 people, 3 dogs and 1 cat.

BBS also has 3 large Morton buildings.  Two are used strictly for storage (below left), and the other (below) is heated allowing us to work on larger boats throughout the winter.
