1972 Doughdish:             $24,000

This Doughdish is the original of this line, she is actually named DOUGHDISH and owned by the owner of Doughdish, inc.  She has been very well maintained at Ballentine's for many years. She is in very good condition, has a set of brand new sails and a trailer.  She is currently in indoor storage at Ballentine's and available for viewing with an appointment.

Hinckley Sou'Wester: $495,000

XANADU is an immaculate example of Hinckley's Sou'Wester 42'. She has only had one owner and has been meticulously maintained at Ballentine's Boat Shop since new in 1996. The MKII is the top of the line, even by Hinckley's high standards. XANADU has all of the upgrades including a custom carbon fiber rig with in-mast furling. She is elegant, comfortable, and capable, making her an excellent match for cruisers who want to sail with both function and beauty.

Stuart Knockabouts:

We currently have a 1999 and a 2004 Stuart Knockabout for sale.  Both are in great condition and are well appointed.  Both have additional sails, outboard and trailer.

This is a great opportunity to get one of these beautiful daysailers and have the rest of the summer to enjoy them.

Both are available for viewing in indoor storage at Ballentine's with an appointment.  We may also be able to arrange a test sail on our own Stuart in the harbor.

BROWNELL BASS BOAT:   $15,000

This 1965 Brownell 24' Bass Boat is in exceptional condition with new transom, rub rails, toe rails, fuel tanks and wiring.  The Palmer V-8, 225hp engine has been rebuilt.  It also has new Awlgrip on deck and cabin top.  She is currently in Westport. 
This boat is not at Ballentine's Boat Shop, but I am happy to get you in touch with the owner.

Stuart Knockabout, one of BEN's fiberglass reproductions

Original Herreshoff Daysailer:                     $15,000

Bean Mo Chroi is a stunning centerboard daysailer of 28’ designed in 1932 by L. Francis Herreshoff. BEN (as she is affectionately known) has only one sister ship.  Amazingly, this design lay dormant until the late 1980’s when BEN inspired the fiberglass reproduction, the Stuart Knockabout.

This boat represents a part of history in addition to being an exceptional sailing vessel. Having been built in 1933, she needs an extensive restoration, much like what was done on the H12, MALABAR.

US Navy Gig:               $120,000

BANYAN is a 1985 Captain's Gig off of the aircraft carrier Eisenhower.  She was built for the Navy by Willard, then re-commissioned as a cruiser including 2 sleeping quarters, 2 heads and a galley.  At 40+' she is very comfortable to cruise with a couple or more.

Fisher's Island 31':      $98,000   

AZURA has been an adored and widely admired member of our personal fleet for over 8 years.  Quite reluctantly, we recognize that she needs a new home where she will be used more than our best intensions have allowed.    She is fast, beautiful and surprisingly user friendly for a 44' classic boat.  She is the 6th hull of the original  19 Fisher's Islands built by Herreshoff.  She is well kept and with continued care she will perform for years to come.
