WILAMINA is a one owner boat that has been stored inside each winter. Each year she has received regular winter maintenance here at Ballentine’s Boat Shop.

Her brightwork is stunning and the teak is in excellent shape with the exception of the starboard coaming having a crack near the oarlock socket which required a professional repair this past fall. The area appears to be darker in tone, but will even out with time.

The Sitka spruce spars look new, receiving multiple coats of varnish as needed each off season. Her decks are Buff and the bottom is green. Her hull is white GelCoat in excellent condition. The sails are not new, but have been washed and maintained and are good working sails. She also has a custom Triad Lift off Trailer in excellent condition, having never gone in the salt water and traveling only locally.

This boat has been well cared for and lightly used since being new and is an excellent opportunity to have a very well appointed boat in excellent condition without a new price tag or the wait. WILAMINA’s yearly maintenance has been done on the boat so she is ready to launch for a new owner.

The Doughdish is a fiberglass reproduction of the original Herreshoff 12 1/2 footer. It is constructed in foam sandwich fiberglass with teak trim. It is built to the exact hull dimensions and rig of the sloops designed by N. G. Herreshoff in 1914. As a result they are able to compete against the wooden boats in class races and regattas.

She is currently at Ballentine's Boat Shop in Cataumet, MA, and available to be seen by appointment. Please contact Amy or Matt at via Email for more information about this listing or to schedule an appointment for viewing. Or call for Amy or Matt at 508-563-2800.
